REFUND POLICY

As a small school, Cricket Academy relies on tuition for payment of teacher stipends, materials and lease costs. As such, the financial commitment of families to participation in Cricket Academy allows us to plan effectively and efficiently for our school year. While it is our hope that students complete the classes for which they have registered, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Cricket Academy's Refund Policy is as follows:

  1. For cancellations and refund requests received in writing through the second Saturday of the affected Cricket semester, a full refund is offered.
  2. For cancellations and refund requests received in writing after the second Saturday through the fourth Saturday of the affected Cricket semester, a 50% refund is offered.
  3. After the fourth Saturday of the Cricket semester, no refunds are offered.

Note that all cancellation and refund requests musts be submitted in writing via e-mail to admin@criquetacademy.org within the above prescribed timeframes. Requests for refund received outside of the refund allowances described above will not be approved. Refunds will be issued by mailed check within four weeks of receipt of eligible request.
